Carnegie Hall - Dunfermline
This morning we attended church at St. Mary's Cathedral in Edinburgh, which was only a short distance from the hotel. The service was at 10:30 so it allowed us to sleep in (until 8 a.m.) for the first time on the trip. The church was beautiful with the the unique Prestonpans Tapestry.
How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice! Or just head north from Edinburgh to Dunfermline. This is the birthplace of Andrew Carnegie where our concert was today. Dunfermline is also the sister city to Sarasota, so after the performance there was a reception and presentation by the officials of the area.
Hard to believe that tomorrow is our last day on tour.
Ducky enjoyed Carnegie Hall as well.
Ducky listening to Key Chorale at Carnegie Hall
